Sinclair Knight Merz, in conjunction with sub-consultants Maunsell AECOM and Davis Langdon, was engaged by the South Eastern Integrated Transport Authority (SEITA) and ConnectEast to undertake the role of Independent Reviewer for the Eastlink Tollway. This involved progressively reviewing design and construction and eventually certifying completing of the project, including the Tolling System
We were required as part of this role to engage a Tolling sub-consultant. Expressions of interest were sought from firms with demonstrated expertise in this area, including a number of recognised international companies.
